RECIPE

Ingredients:

1x small cabbage (chopped)

1x onion (chopped)

4x Lebanese cucumbers (finely chopped)

1x bunch green onion (chopped)

Keep a quarter aside for dressing

3x garlic cloves (whole)

1x handful of walnuts & cashews (optional)

2x handfuls of spinach

0.5 cup of nutritional yeast (optional)

Steps:

  1. Combine cabbage, onion, cucumbers, ¾ of green onion in a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend the remaining green onion, garlic gloves, nuts, spinach, and yeast until smooth
